📦 Missing Items Policy

Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • 🎥 Please record a clear, unedited video starting before opening the sealed package.

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
    The video must capture the entire process of opening the package and displaying all contents, without cuts or pauses.

Timeframe to Report:

  • Missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted, as per our policy.

📨 How to Report:

  • Contact our customer support team.

  • Provide your order number, the unboxing video, and a brief description of the missing item(s).

🔍 Processing the Claim:

  • Once we receive your claim, our team will review the video and investigate.

  • If your claim is approved, we will:
    ✅ Resend the missing item(s) (subject to availability), or
    ✅ Issue a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

🚫 Invalid Claims:

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will be considered invalid.

  • Videos that are edited, unclear, or don’t start with the sealed package will also be rejected.

🔁 Return Policy

  • You have 5 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund.

  • 🔁 Reverse Pickup Fee: ₹100 will be deducted per order (not per item) from your refund if a pickup is arranged by us.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.

  • Items that do not meet your expectations (wrong size, color, or style).

  • Items received are defective or damaged.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.

  • Items without original tags.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).

🔄 Return Process

Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +91 7048118820 with your order number and reason for return. 

Return Approval:
We’ll review your request and provide return authorisation via WhatsApp or email.

Return Shipment:
Please pack the item securely, include the authorization slip, and ship it to the address provided.
(Customer pays return shipping if pickup is unavailable.)

Refunds:
After item inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
You’ll get a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

🔁 Exchange Policy
Want to swap sizes, colors, or styles? Follow these steps:

Reverse Pickup:

  • If courier is available: pickup in 2–3 working days, ₹100 charge per order.

  • If not, the customer arranges return.

  • Mention Exchange Details:
    During the process, specify desired size/colour/style.

Pickup & Processing:

  • Pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 working days.

  • Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 5–7 working days.

  • Your new item will be shipped within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • Stay Updated:
    We’ll notify you with tracking once shipped. 

  • ⚠️ Important: Once exchanged, the new item cannot be returned or exchanged again.
